188. A true racist still wouldnt vote for obama,like those who wouldnt accept a black doctor

Yes, 47% voted for romney, does that mean they're all racists? David Duke? Jeeze, that loser never won anything outside 1 state special election 20-30 yrs ago. As for knowing whether its better for blacks or not as a white man, some of my opinions are based on the things I've learned from my brother-in-law, who is black. He's pushing 66 and has been around a few more years then I have. I'm sure you wont believe that either, but whatever. He said that even 20 yrs ago he never thought he'd live to see a black man as president. He's been guilty of DWB several times, as has his 2 sons from his first marriage. Plenty of stories over the years on a LOT of topics. He wishes his parents were still alive to SEE the positive changes that have happened since they passed.
But i stated earlier, the Justice dept is making changes to stem the unfair prison sentencing you mention as well as the unfair drug laws too. These will have a lasting affect as the years go by. It may even get some people out of prison early based on time served.
My facts came from the govt. Where would you have liked me to get them? Fox?

Are we as far as we need to be yet? No, but we're a long way from where we started.
