Gen. Honore on CNN talking about Georgia disaster response [View all]
Says that Georgia had a failure of leadership.
The General said that a metro area as large as Atlanta needs centralized leadership (like the mayor of New York City) to be able to dictate school and road closures.
He and Ashleigh Banfield are lighting into the Georgia government and its emergency response.
