I think blame should be spread around to people who were all sent home at the same time. When they should have stay at work or school to allow the trucks to retreat the roads again and so everyone would not be on the roads at the same. The roads where pretreated but everyone got stuck on the road and could not get extra relief. One question i have is why were the schools open when there is even the slightest mention of snow or cold weather they are closed?

On the positive side he will probably get the blame and it will hurt in his reelection bid. Go Jason Carter 2014!
