Oh, and after a harrowing experience that I would not even wish on my worst enemy, along with some very sleepless nights, it turns out that Dad qualifies under Obamacare. We won't be losing our house or going flat broke because someone had to foresight to stop this shit from happening to people.

I catch up here each and every day. Your thoughts and prayers and well wishes have truly been overwhelming. I can't tell you what they've meant to me.

We're not out of the woods yet, but we *are* headed in the right direction.

I had to register him for Social Security Part B today and I announced LOUDLY more than once that I thank God each and every day that Barack Obama is our president. These right wing loons expect people to pull themselves up by the bootstraps when they are standing in the cold barefoot.
