I've rarely seen President Obama speak when he didn't have the relevant props behind him...

I remember one time when he spoke before the ACA was passed... there were "folks" (he loves that word) behind him in white smocks who weren't in any way involved in the medical care industry.

I'm betting they were there not because of any decision HE made though... it's just how he's marketed.
