and I fear that's all it's gonna do. I question whether it will even be measurable.
On edit: I stand corrected, the rain clocked in and there will be a measurable amount, not much, but measurable.
The farmers in my area who irrigated grains last week are smiling a bit as this will go straight down into the soils.
