infant milk will be taken off WIC checks and they'll demand mothers to breastfeed. I see the handwriting on the wall

When I had my children, it was my CHOICE to breastfeed them or not. When I had my youngest child I didn't produce any milk . Have the UAE considered that all mothers may not even produce milk?
