My contention is that the American Taliban will stop at nothing to deny women their agency, and keep them tied down to home and family. How many women can realistically expect to remain employed if they have to take regular breast pumping breaks for two goddamn years? Answer: none. They will have to remain at home most or all of the time in order to comply with the law. Uppity Women Problem? Solved! Voilà!

Any mandate is terrible, two years is simply ridiculous.
