West Virginia or the companies either involved or supporting the industries involved, and when the citizens are snubbed as being unworthy of having a stake in their own property, their own water and health and are excluded as stakeholders in the preparing of legislation, except for 2 rushed hours.......revolutions have started over less than this....and a few times just over water.
