But I also think that there was too much truth in the book, it came from what was already happening but not on that same scale. The scale was the wishful thinking of the ruling class....then and now.

Correct, the chocolate rations have been incresed from 30 to 20 grammes a week.

Funny, I read the book a few times. Every time as sat down to read it, I knew it was fiction.
