6. It's ridiculous.

A caller to a radio show yesterday said that brain-injured Vets have to apply for benefits; they have to fill out gobs of forms. The VA, DOD, etc. want people to be frustrated enough to forgo treatment, benefits. My Dad and Aunt went through alot of grief to get benefits/healthcare they had earned through their duty during wartime.
