In reply to the discussion: Silent Thread, For Those Who've Gone Back To Lurking... [View all]mzteris
(16,232 posts)8. To think
I used to live on here.
My life was defined by my time spent on du. The loungers were my friends, my lifeline (back some years, of course)
I dip in now and again to read up on things. Check in on some people. Read the interesting bits in groups like science and anthropology, and frugal living. Read what's happening not only in the world of politics, but parenting, African Americans, feminists, and homeschooling.
I used to write scads. Now? Not so much . . . unless I get on a roll on any particular evening. I used to probably post more in one day than I do now in a month or two - - or three.
Not being very silent, am I?

I'm checking out the "frugal living" section. Finally, a place for my expertise!
