7. Dear Kirk: There's a difference

When someone gives you static for spouting hateful, uninformed bigotry, that can be hurtful. Yeah. It's tough to take. But when you use a national cable platform to question another group's very existence, and that group has been subject to murder (not mere mistreatment) for no other offense than seeking to live peaceably with all, it's different. If you can't see the difference, there may be little hope that your words about being "mistreated" are anything other than just words.
