Colorado law allows people 21 and older to grow up to six plants, provided it's done in an "enclosed, locked space." Some cities have limited the number of plants that can be grown in a single house Denver's cap is 12 and some cities have imposed other zoning or code restrictions on home-growing.

But I agree with your concerns about the corportization of the industry. It will happen. Anything for a buck. Anything. There are absolutely no standards when it comes to profit. I seriously believe greed is the worst of the seven deadly sins.
