46. I hear you...and Olympics these days are so Manipulated...

BUT...I had a daughter who was a figure skater from 8 years old...She worked hard and but out when she knew she couldn't make it.

But...in Our House we LOVE THE FIGURE SKATING ...and Miss so much Dick Button who did the best coverage of the "Old School" figure Skating before the Corporatists Took it Over.

But...that said...I still like watching the WINTER Olympics because of my daughter (as that little aspiring kid) and my memories of that somewhat "Golden Age" for Figure Skating that Amazing Dick Button managed to TEACH US when ABC had the Franchise on the Olympics before NBC took over.

I LOVE THE OLYMPICS....WARTS AND ALL and COUNTRIES (who are enemies of USA) AND ALL!

I LOVE THE SPIRIT...and My Daughter's Ambition and the years we spent vying with Hockey Players for ICE TIME!
