Don't buy it. This makes it look like their hands are tied by over regulation. Get rid of the homeless while vilifying government regulation. Clever. Despicable. They want to move the homeless out of the city so they're making it inhospitable for them.
Taking away the right to give food to the hungry, that's pure right wing nuttery. Sociopathic government. Salt, fat and fiber... ridiculous.
