Zimmerman case going to a grand jury....... [View all]

IMO this is an easy way for the local prosecutor to let Zimmerman off.

The grand jury only sees the evidence that the prosecutor wants to present.

If the prosecutor wants the jury to hold the suspect for trail, they will present evidence to make the Grand Jury vote that way.

If the prosecutor does not want charges, they will present evidence and witnesses that show it was self defense.

The grand jury is basically a rubber stamp for the prosecutor. No one but him gets to pick witnesses or present evidence.

I have my doubts that anything will happen to Zimmerman unless the Feds get involved.
