Guy in Texas wearing a banana suit and carrying an AK-47 gets cited -- but not for wearing a banana suit or carrying an AK-47.
The 18-year-old man had a drum magazine with a 50-round capacity attached to the rifle, police told 12 Now News. He was detained briefly and cited for soliciting near a roadway, a police spokesperson said.
Poe, the store owner, was charged with disorderly conduct in December for carrying an assault rifle across in his back in a local mall where his store was previously located, according to 12 News Now.
