Glad you're here! I totally agree with you on the cornered snake. When they're cornered, they get really vicious. Desperation will do that to you, especially when you've made your bones playing rough, and it starts coming back to bite you. He's really pinned at this point because his vindictive shit has been exposed, so it's a lot harder to "get shit done" now. Especially since some of his key operatives are severely hobbled (fired, quit, scrambling for hiding places, facing prosecution, lawyering up, pleading the 5th, and under SEVERE scrutiny). These vipers and cockroaches always operate better in the dark - in the shadows and under cover where nobody can see what they're up to. When you're shining some rather harsh and continuous spotlights on 'em, they're screwed.
