38. If we get enough Democratic Governors, especially in places like NJ where they have a Democratic

state house we might get a Constitutional aendment to overturn Citizens united. 15 or 16 states have already passed some sort of legislation towards that end. NJ would pass it if they have a Governor who won't veto it. Now that we have Virginia it might happen there and then there's Crist in Florida, he could probably pull it off.
Overturning Citizens United would start the process of turning this country around.
