9. Because he "felt" that he was in danger.

This is per that insane Stand Your Ground law. Apparently, all you must do is say that you had a "feeling" that you were in danger, and viola! ... Self-Defense!

Somehow, I think if this were turned around identically, and this black kid had pursued the white man through the white man's own neighborhood, the white man made an effort to evade him, the white man was unarmed, and then the black kid shot the white man to death, I somehow think this black kid would be in jail. It would be a no-brainer. And he sure as hell wouldn't be able to say, "Well, I felt that Zimmerman was a threat to me so I chased after him and shot him."
