34. Maybe certain divisions are overseas?

I don't know why the person on the other end of the line would make that up. We had both cable and internet with them at the time so maybe one or the other is overseas?

ETA - Also should mention that I did keep their internet. It's fast and seldom down. Not cheap, but it's good.
