that cutting the cord is NO great loss.
In fact, we cut it when I realized that we were spending all our time getting REAL news from the web.
Plus, the internet gives me stuff I want to see when I want to see it.
There a dozen ways to get almost anything on line, including radio.
Have not missed the tv one bit, and it has been about 3-4 years now.
Also I like having the extra money each month.

I never had a problem, either. I had great customer service, over the phone and in person.

i would anticipate that if slow cheap internet is a priority-you might miss tw cable

Both are slow, horrible internet services. But monopolies lead to higher prices.
