barrier to the voter. I support vote by mail, which is what we do in Oregon, no 'booths' no 'polling places' and thus, no lines, no interference, plenty of time to vote, to research with ballot in hand and internet handy, time to ring up more informed friends for opinions on issues you might not be ready to decide upon......
