Coaches get hired and rehired no matter what their previous record was. They may not be head coaches, but they will get a job. Af-Am coaches still have a hard time being hired because they still don't have an extensive network. This is 'in-the-box', refuse to look thinking.
And don't give me any arguments about 'distraction.' Two words-Bill Belichek. When Tebow went to the Patriots, you didn't have the media circus that Denver had or that the Jets had. The media can be controlled so there is no circis.
Goodell knows that the NFL is being scrutinized even more because of all these factors. Without this pushback, nothing would change or even be attempted. People have more control than you think.
As far as the locker rooms go, I said I don't expect it to be a monastery. It needs to change some. It's not that hard to just have common decency for people.
