32. Could you have had hold outs for Murder 1

that refused on principal to drop down to Murder 2? The victim was 17 a conviction for negligent manslaughter would have been treated as aggravated and he would have gone to jail for life. I am not sure what the prosecution is up to. On the other hand if it had been a black person who shot up a car full of white teenagers, I wonder if we would be having this same discussion.
