The bursting of the bubble created a huge deflation in commodities. The money printing has allowed speculation to return, but it is no greater than it was before the crash. The price of oil is lower than it was in 2008. If consumer prices are higher than they were before, that isn't because of money printing - it's more likely the result of profit gouging.

A pound of coffee is now 11 oz. Last year is was 12 oz. and the year before that it was 13 oz.
