153. No. Stop the gender wars here on DU.

Feb 2014

When a certain few people keep throwing the same known flame baits in the face of the rest of DU, the real remedy is to stop the flame bating.
Most of the people here on DU, a supposedly liberal web site, are being treated as if they are the problem this group and their enablers are railing against.
Between bouts, DU settles down and becomes much more civilized... Till the next in your face of 'how dare you disagree' OP is posted by a member of this group, then it starts all over again.
If the purpose is to distract DU from its founding purpose of a safe haven for Liberals, Progressive, and other Democrats and exposing and countering the bullshit of the Republicans, this group is doing a very good job of distracting and even derailing DU from its founding mission.

We are not your enemy. This group and their enablers are the antagonists. Don't be taking it out on the rest of us.
