The President should just do what he believes is in the best interest of the country.
I mean, why bother with all that talk? The climate deniers aren't going to change their minds. So what's the point of preaching to the choir? Those who agree are likely tired of hearing about it. When people who are always right say President Obama and Secretary Kerry should just STFU, it's likely time to just do that. Quit talking about it. Just do it, whatever it is.
He should implement his plan quietly, and let the chips fall where they may.
The planet is likely doomed already anyway.
