It's a horrible place to be in, I'm not trying to minimize what you are going through. You are suffering and there is no guarantee that things might not get worse before they get better. I have a friend who literally lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, but her life didn't end with that. She had very hard times, but later some good times reentered her world. Try to hold onto the fact that new doors do open. Even though they don't always open up soon enough to prevent hard times that we fall into, when they do appear things can get better quickly.
