Exactly how well "treated" is water from a water/waste treatment plant? [View all]
I heard on the news yesterday that vineyards from California are going to start using water from waste treatment plants because of such a water shortage they are experiencing. How will this effect the grapes or the wine? If this is OK why have they not done this before now?
