The thing never discussed about the pipeline is "what are they going to do with all the sand"???IMO [View all]
they are going to dump it in the Gulf as it is separated at the refinery.
Otherwise they could refine it in Canada at its source and run a pipeline to coastal port in BC and ship this to Asia. But Canada has strict laws against dumping that sand anywhere they want.
