Families are moving in together to avoid these outrageous rents. Multi generational familes are back to living together because of this.

They can salivate all day long, but if they continue to make housing unaffordable, families will adjust and squeeze many people into spaces they CAN afford.

Dream on investors. You are screwing the pooch.
