(5,756 posts)Snowden ended up stranded in Russia because we revoked his passport. It was not his destination. The US was probably delighted to be able to revoke his passport stranding him in Russia so they could later make Russian spy accusations. So as much as congressional leaders might hope that Snowden was working as a spy, there is no evidence to back up those claims. But a lack of evidence didn't stop Rogers and Feinstein from speculating on Sunday.
