the president never "touched" Social Security. He spoke about it in the scheme of bargaining but it never happened. I'm not sure how you can view it as something that happened and has now been reversed, taken back or whatever it is you think.
As far as off the table? I never said anything about "off the table". I said the president dropped the the SS reforms (from his budget). Which he did.
