North Korea just doesn't have the power and the resources to be a global threat, just a local one. The US on the other hand is the global hegemon, and has been unrestrained in what it does since the balancing superpower of the Soviet Union ceased to exist.
If the Republicans gain power in 2016, do you really think that the US wouldn't become a big threat, especially given what we saw Bushco do?

I dont think NK is a threat anyone except North Koreans. The US and Israel are two greatest threats
