Russia, England, and the US.
ALL three are messing around in multiple places in the world exerting pressure while promoting their own agenda.
Now if you would have asked 3 that are the most ..."evil" then it would be
North Korea, China, and the third would be a toss up between several.
But never forget Australia... they are the worst. Their accent has done more to destabilize people around the world than any other thing!

I dont think NK is a threat anyone except North Koreans. The US and Israel are two greatest threats
