3. Er. the Constitution protects me from prosecution from expressing my views

Nothing more. If I tell one of my pulchritudinous seniors I'd like to lick her toes, eyebrows, and everything in between, the Constitution protects me from prosecution from that too. It does not protect me from being fired, which I would be before the sun set the day I made my expression of appreciation of her desirability. In the safe havens, my posts and my very presence are not protected by the constitution. If you want to bloviate, try to remain factual.
