My 19 year old niece is in the hospital and not doing well. All my nieces and nephews are special to me, but she's a little more so. I was there when she took her first breath, I named her and we've always been very close.

She found out she was pregnant and tried to 'end' it herself. In doing so she's hurt herself and made herself very sick.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why she would do that. We've always been open about choice. She had so many people she could have gone to.

She has some issues, she's bi-polar and has some anger issues.

My heart is broken for her. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I've been just sitting with her and talking about whatever she wants.
