That is not true - I gave you the list of things all marketplace policies cover (which includes well more than screenings). The cost of all the immunizations covered is considerable, and an annual visit could uncover conditions which can be treated relatively cheaply (even if you have to pay for it out of pocket) - but save you considerable health care costs in the future (high blood pressure, diabetes, to name a couple).
When I was earning $20,000 a year, I would have been thrilled to be able to buy insurance at $90/month - the cost for the only insurance available to me at that time in my life (because of pre-existing conditions) was approximately $6-900/month.
You don't have to be thrilled - but at least be honest about what it provides.
