Probably nothing. They will shore up the current government with all its corruption and vicious oppression of LGBTs because they want Nigerian oil. To secure access to that oil, the govt will keep the Muslim rebels of the north at bay, or at least contained. It is not to the benefit of the Nigerian govt to completely wipe out the rebels because they become a convenient leverage tool.
