do you think that she would be where she is FOR ONE INSTANT if her father had not been who he was? She is the most exclusionary individual who worked for NPR in the old days, and was the resident on-air rich snob. She cannot denigrate Democrats enough EVERY time she opens her mouth. I know EXACTLY who her father and mother were, and the fact that she had cancer is a personal issue for her - perhaps she would develop some altruism and understanding of those who are less fortunate in many ways, but she most certainly has NOT. In addition, the fact that her father was probably murdered in that plane crash since he was one of the dissenters, so to speak, on the Warren Commission, should be recognized along with the small-plane deaths of so many including Senator Wellstone. I find her disgusting in the extreme and her biased 'take' on events given her background is reprehensible and irresponsible and certainly not 'journalistic', although she never purported to be a real reporter since she is married to one of the most influential individuals in the news business.
