and I see this:

"...the 10th Amendment will knock his ruling out of the park."

I keep hearing this "states' rights" argument all the time but I think conservatives forget that in the text of the 10th Amendment, there are a few words after the word "states".

Namely,

"...or to the people."

They'd get all persnickety if the state tried to infringe about the 2nd Amendment, but they have no problem with the state infringing upon the 14th Amendment.
