I feel the same way. Of course there will always be politicians out there are who are out-of-their mind loons. Knuckledraggers who haven't even entered the 20th century much less the 21st. But the thing that boggles my mind is when they get elected! And keep getting reelected! I wonder WTF is wrong with the voters! Why would they vote for such people? And then the scary part comes to my mind. There are a LOT of stupid, reactionary troglodytes out there who vote!
