60. Yes, they are.

Paranoid, loose grip on reality, having to internally make excuses as to why their reality doesn't match what those around them say it is. Having to stuff the their weirder thoughts, because they have learned from experience, not to let others know that is what they really think about, way too much of the time, because to do that would let those around them know just how out of step they really are from normal mentally healthy.
