I hear today Francis is busy getting an oil change and 30 point inspection on that old Renault, so he was unable to speak about Uganda. Earlier in the week, he had Muller's book launch party to attend and was also busy auditing the books of the bank he runs so the Uganda thing was just not a priority, he's a busy man, taking baby steps, and can't be expected to verbally object to mass injustices wrought by large numbers of his followers while his bishops cheer. I mean, the Renault was running kind of hot, it might need a full flush. That would take another half hour, then there's Friday traffic around St Pete's.....
