My choice would be for Yanukovich to return to Kiev and remain President of Ukraine until the question of his successor can be decided by a national election. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that is the agreement which was brokered by the European Union's negotiators and agreed to by all parties involved just one week ago.
