That should read "Corporate LIABILITY".

To a laissez-fail Reaganomics Republican, a worker is not an "asset".

It was explained earlier in another thread: "Sales vs Service".

Bottom-line-happy corporations see their "sales" (the managers, executives and the CEO) as an "asset" and their "service" (the workers) as a liability.

Since Republicans believe that they too will be a CEO or an executive one day, they think as a corporation does. Or as some dumb God-huffing Republican who thinks he's "sales" explained to me in a hate-mail once:

"It's called capitalism! Don't like your lot in life, work harder!"
