(16,670 posts)1. Several politicians had connections in the past to the people who later became the NSU-terrorists.
2. Anti-democratic attitude (internal and external).
3. Bad-mouthing the german constitution.
4. On average, EVERY SINGLE MONTH a politician of the NPD is accused of or charged with assault or battery.
5. Their grass-roots organizations are famous for violence.
Their racist rethoric is illegal, but not unconstitutional.
To keep an edge on them, hordes of undercover-agents have been planted, but that proofed to be a disadvantage last time they tried to ban the NPD:
The court ruled that because of the many undercover agents, they couldn't discern whether the documented unconstitutional actions really originated from real party members. And the federal police declined to give the identities of their agents.
