Heritage-Durenburger insurance scam proposed in the early 90's. Hillary single handily trashed this junk in 94 or 95. Really pissed of the Heritage sucks and the Chamber of Commerce who were all in with this. Thankfully,there were enough Dems to put a stake in this turd.
